Keep Thinking exists because the most important technology shift of our lifetime is being narrated almost entirely by the people selling it. Someone should be taking notes instead. These are our positions.
Evidence over momentum
Claims are measured or sourced. A number that cannot be reproduced does not get published here, no matter how good it would look in a keynote.
The right intelligence for the job
An LLM, a decision model, classic ML, plain rules, or a human. Each task gets the tool that fits it. Sometimes the honest finding is that no AI belongs here at all, and we publish that too.
Independence is the business model
We do not resell models, licenses, or cloud capacity. We take no commissions, referral fees, or partner quotas. The analysis cannot be bought, because nothing about it is for sale.
Judgment stays human
Models propose, people decide. The interesting question of this decade is not what AI can do. It is which decisions deserve a human, and whether we build systems honest enough to say so.
Document, do not sell
The journal records what is happening while it is happening. If being right in public occasionally brings a company to our door for help, that is a consequence, not the purpose.
